European wood flooring and finishing materials for projects in Vietnam
Ha Thanh Sai Gon Co., Ltd. (HTSG), founded in Ho Chi Minh City in 2011, is the official distributor in Vietnam of BOEN (Norway) and Bauwerk Parkett (Switzerland) wood flooring, and also supplies finishing materials for homes, hotels, offices and commercial projects.
The Building & interior materials division covers the full flooring package: product consultancy, floor samples, site survey, material supply, installation and surface protection before handover. HTSG works with architects, designers, main contractors and developers from material selection through to project completion.
Core capabilities
- Official distributor of BOEN and Bauwerk Parkett flooring – two brands of the Bauwerk Boen Group, one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of premium wood flooring.
- Broad product range: 6 board formats, 3 surface finish lines, European oak, American walnut and ash; complemented by laminate flooring, outdoor composite decking and decorative panels.
- Turnkey installation using 2 technical methods – floating on a foam underlay and full-surface gluing – including moisture barrier materials, labour, surface protection and delivery.
- Large-scale project experience: flooring for apartment complexes ranging from a few hundred to more than 3,000 units, hotels, serviced apartments and commercial spaces across many provinces and cities.
- Showroom at Sala where clients, architects and designers can see wood colours, surfaces and board formats in person before making their selection.

2 flooring brands of the Bauwerk Boen Group
In 2013, BOEN merged with Bauwerk Parkett AG to form the Bauwerk Boen Group. HTSG is the official distributor of both brands in Vietnam.
Sustainability: precious hardwood is used only for the top layer of multi-layer boards, making efficient use of timber resources; BOEN lacquers and oils release no harmful emissions to people or the environment.

BOEN began processing wood in 1641 with 2 small sawmills in southern Norway. BOEN products are sold in more than 50 countries on 4 continents; the group operates factories in Lithuania, Switzerland and Croatia, and sales offices in Norway, Germany, Lithuania, the UK, Hong Kong and the USA. BOEN engineered flooring has a stable core, suited to hot and humid climates.

Bauwerk Parkett
Bauwerk Parkett is a Swiss flooring manufacturer founded in 1944. HTSG supplies Bauwerk flooring for high-end residential projects, most notably Trendpark Oak Deserto from the Used-Look collection for the show apartment at The Nelson Private Residence, Hanoi – a floor handcrafted in Switzerland with a surface that recreates the marks of time.

The 2026 range comprises 36 codes of 3-layer and 8 codes of 2-layer flooring: 40 in European oak, 3 in American walnut and 1 in ash.

Plank · 20 codes
Single-strip board 2200 mm long, 138–139 mm wide (9 codes) or 181 mm wide (11 codes); 14 mm or 13.2 mm thick (13.2 XP line), 3-layer.
3-Strip · 7 codes
Longstrip 3-strip board 14 x 215 x 2200 mm, 3-layer.
Herringbone · 3 codes
3-layer herringbone boards: Herringbone Click 14 x 138 x 690 mm, plus 13.2 x 140 x 700 mm and 13.2 x 105 x 525 mm.
Prestige · 5 codes
Short staves 10 x 70 x 470 mm, 2-layer, suitable for a variety of laying patterns.
Maxi · 3 codes
2-layer boards 10.5 x 100 x 833 mm and 10.5 x 100 x 1000 mm, including the Maxi Herringbone pattern.
Surface finishes
- Live Natural Oil · 21 codes: natural oil from sunflower, thistle and soya with natural waxes, penetrating deep into the wood grain.
- Live Pure · 13 codes: an ultra-matt surface that keeps the look of untreated wood, with good protection against dust, stains and liquids.
- Live Matt · 10 codes: 6 coats of very low-gloss lacquer for an oiled-wood appearance and scratch resistance.
- Edges: 2V or 4V bevelled or square edges; brushed or unbrushed surface depending on the code.
Other finishing materials
- Laminate flooring for apartments and high-traffic areas.
- Outdoor composite decking for facades, gardens and swimming pools.
- Decorative panels for interior and exterior spaces.
Board construction
3-layer flooring: a hardwood top layer (oak, walnut, ash); a middle layer of spruce strips laid crosswise for dimensional stability; and a bottom layer of one-piece spruce veneer. 3-layer flooring is durable, easy to install, available in a wide choice of species, gradings, patterns and finishes, and can be sanded and refinished.
2-layer flooring (Prestige, Maxi): thin 10–10.5 mm boards with T&G (tongue and groove) joints, glued down across the full surface, suited to pattern and herringbone layouts.

A single point of contact for the entire flooring package
HTSG works alongside developers and designers from material selection to handover, choosing the installation method to suit the weather and humidity conditions of each project.
The installation package is built around the 2 technical methods below. The exact scope for each project (adhesive type, OSB thickness, delivery area) is confirmed after the site survey and set out in the quotation.
Product consultancy
Advice on wood species, board format, surface finish and laying pattern to suit the function and design style; detailed technical support for architects and designers.
Floor samples
Floor samples supplied at the request of clients and designers; key products on display at the BOEN Showroom at Sala.
Site survey
Assessment of subfloor condition and site humidity to recommend a suitable installation method, so the floor stays durable, attractive and free from damp over time.
Material supply
Genuine wood flooring with matching materials: moisture barrier sheets, foam underlay, flooring adhesive, OSB sub-boards and aluminium trims; delivery within Ho Chi Minh City.
Installation
Installation and installation supervision for homes, hotels and commercial projects, with close attention to subfloor preparation, moisture control and stage-by-stage acceptance.
Protection and handover
Floor surfaces protected with foam sheeting and tarpaulin after installation, and the site cleaned before handover to the client.

Floating or glued-down method proposed, with matching materials and a quotation by area.
- Material supply
Flooring and ancillary materials prepared and delivered to site in line with the schedule.
- Installation and acceptance
Subfloor preparation, installation, moisture control and stage-by-stage acceptance.

Surface protection, site cleaning and handover to the client.
