Sustainability. BOEN places environmental protection at the heart of every stage of production: precious hardwood is used only for the top layer of its 3-layer boards, making efficient use of timber resources, and BOEN's lacquers and finishing oils release no emissions harmful to people or the environment.

HTSG distributes 31 BOEN engineered wood flooring designs in European oak and American walnut, in formats ranging from wide Castle Plank, Plank and 3-strip Longstrip boards to Prestige and herringbone. Prices are quoted per m² depending on the design, floor area and installation conditions.

Technical features

3-layer construction

A hardwood top layer (oak or walnut); a middle layer of spruce lamellas laid crosswise for dimensional stability; and a solid spruce veneer backing. 3-layer flooring is durable and easy to install, comes in a wide choice of wood species, gradings, laying patterns and finishes, and can be sanded and refinished.

5G Click joint

Ideally suited to floating installation: quick, tool-free laying that significantly shortens installation time. Each board is pressed down individually, and an audible “click” confirms it has locked into place. The 5G Click joint can also be used for full-surface gluing.

Surface finishes

Live Pure: an ultra-matt surface that keeps the natural look of untreated wood, with strong protection against dirt, stains and liquids.
Live Natural Oil: natural oils from sunflower, thistle and soybean with natural waxes, penetrating deep into the wood fibres.
Live Matt: 6 coats of very low-gloss lacquer for an oiled-wood look with scratch resistance.

Installation guide

HTSG works closely with architects, designers, developers and project owners to ensure BOEN floors are installed correctly, so they stay beautiful and durable. Depending on the climate and humidity of each site, we select the most suitable installation method to keep the floor beautiful over time and free from damp and mould.

BOEN floors can be installed floating with the 5G Click joint or fully glued down. Please contact HTSG to arrange a site survey and installation advice.
