Lighting is one of the 3 core business lines of Ha Thanh Sai Gon Co., Ltd. (HTSG), alongside AI technology & digital transformation and building & interior materials.
HTSG provides design consultancy, cost estimates and equipment supply for facade, landscape, urban and industrial lighting. We work closely with lighting designers and architects so that every project achieves its artistic intent while meeting demanding European and American technical standards.
Our portfolio ranges from 5.7 km of urban roads and Cham tower heritage sites in Binh Dinh to hotels, resorts, office towers, shopping centres and residential complexes in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and other provinces.

From first concept to a working system
Depending on each project, HTSG takes on part or all of the lighting workflow.
Lighting design consultancy
Lighting concepts for facades, landscapes, interiors and exteriors, shaped by the architecture and the client's identity goals. Examples: Kingcrown Infinity, Greenera Southmark, Diamond Sky.
Visualisation and design options
Images and videos simulating the night-time lighting effect, with several options for the client to compare and choose. Examples: Biti's Mall, Coteccons Building (2 options).
Lighting calculations
Calculations and recommendations for facade lighting that deliver both aesthetic and technical performance. Example: Dolce by Wyndham Hanoi Golden Lake.
Cost estimates
Lighting cost estimates that let clients plan their budget from the design option stage. Examples: Greenera Southmark, Diamond Sky.
Equipment supply
Lighting equipment that meets technical standards: durable, long-lasting, low-glare and easy to maintain. Examples: Sacombank Headquarters, Meliá Quy Nhon, Cuu Long University.
Installation
Installation and handover of lighting systems ready for operation. Examples: Binh Doan 15 Hotel, MerPerle Da Lat Hotel, Banh It Cham Towers.

05 · Delivery process
6 steps from architectural drawings to a lit building
- Brief
Review the architectural drawings and clarify the client's visual goals, budget and operating requirements.
- Concept and options
Develop the lighting concept and present options through visualisations and videos; refine based on feedback.
- Calculations and estimates
Carry out lighting calculations, select luminaires and prepare cost estimates for the chosen option.
- Equipment supply
Supply lighting equipment to the approved design.
- Installation
Install on site, or coordinate with the installation contractor.
- Handover
Complete and hand over the lighting system ready for use.
Scope varies by contract: on some projects HTSG delivers everything from design to installation; on others HTSG provides the design options and cost estimates.
