BOEN Hardwood Flooring at MS Duplex Hanoi
Covering a generous floor area, the project sits in a central location among the most expensive real estate in Hanoi.
MS Duplex is a residence combined with a resort-style spa, with amenities that go far beyond ordinary residential standards. The project offers a truly luxurious living experience. Beyond comfort, the home is imbued with the spirit and emotion of the arts (painting, sculpture, music and cinema). Luxurious materials with natural, understated surfaces, skilfully combined with neutral colours and subtle accents, create a pervasive sense of calm.
The main colour used throughout the project is BOEN Oak Andante Live Pure, one of the signature minimalist products of the Nordic brand. W2D Studio chose the even, understated, natural and subtly refined Andante grain for both the ceilings and the floors. The ceilings use 138 mm boards to visually extend the living room, while the floors use 181 mm boards.

To ensure consistency between areas, the project also uses BOEN stair nosings made with Origami technology in the same Oak Andante Live Pure colour for the main and secondary staircases, creating a seamless run of colour from the lower to the upper floor and from the gym to the spa.
