Our design concept emphasises energy efficiency, contemporary aesthetics and harmony with the urban landscape, ensuring Greenera Southmark shines as a symbol of innovation and refinement in Hanoi.
Greenera Southmark is a mixed-use commercial and luxury apartment development at 486 Ngoc Hoi Street, Van Dien Town, Thanh Tri District, Hanoi, developed by Ramond Holdings. Built on a 24,282 m2 site, the development comprises three residential towers of 25 to 30 storeys over 3 basement levels, with 830 carefully planned luxury apartments and modern, integrated infrastructure.
