CityOasis — Green Serviced Apartments in the Heart of Ho Chi Minh City
City Oasis is a serviced apartment building renovated and rebuilt from an old building in central Ho Chi Minh City, with 27 apartments ranging from 24 to 45 m² on a site of around 330 m². HTSG supplied the landscape lighting solution and BOEN engineered wood flooring for the project.

K.A Studio has transformed an old building into short-stay apartments that reconnect guests with nature in the heart of the city. Tropical plants cascading from the undulating balconies form a green facade, bringing fresh air and a sense of calm. A large atrium on the 320 m² site is devoted to a curved swimming pool, where guests can immerse themselves in a tranquil setting.
